Your patronage helps up to buy servers that we use to convert your articles to videos (super expensive), hire a support team, and pay for the site's general upkeep.
So it is not possible for us to offer AVR for a one time pricing (a lot of people have requested it before but we just can't do it). But since a one time pricing is one of our most requested features, and Valentine Day/President's Day is one sale which is only offered to selected users, I have decided to bite the bullet and give away AVR lifetime accounts during our Sale.
