| Answering Some of Your Common Questions Today, we bring you a set of four quick videos to help answer some of the common questions we hear from Expert Authors. The video studio at EzineArticles has been a busy place recently. We've been working on a variety of projects, like the Article Content vs. Real Life series, the 2 Minute Approval Tips series and a ton of other informative videos and tutorials. To get you caught up, we thought we'd share four videos today. Each video is a quick response to some of the frequently asked questions we receive on a regular basis. For your reference, we've also included a brief printed summary below each video. Plus, you'll get to briefly meet some of the folks behind the scenes here at EzineArticles. Enjoy!

    Video #1: Proper Capitalization Rules - Follow the standard rule in the English language where the first word in every sentence is capitalized.
- Apply to your entire article, including your author name, article summary, article body and Resource Box.
- In the title, capitalize every major word - words like "a" or "the" don't need to be capitalized.
- Keep capitalized branding intact like Blu-ray and eBay, as well as proper nouns like Japan and Halloween.

Video #2: How to Upload an Author Photo - Log into your EzineArticles account.
- Click on the Profile Manager tab and then go down to Edit Author Photo.
- Choose which author you'd like to add an image for.
- Select the Browse button and find the image you'd like to use from your files.
- Select the image and click the Upload Image button.
Things to Remember Your Author Photo: - Must Be an Image or Drawing of You
- Must Be in JPEG format and Under 100k
- Symbols and Logos Aren't Allowed
To increase the effectiveness of your author photo, we recommend you use a photo of yourself while "in action" inside your niche.

Video #3: How to Contact EzineArticles Member Support - Log into your EzineArticles account.
- Click on the Contact icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
- From here, simply compose your message.
- Be as specific as possible. Include the title, article number and your complete question.
Once someone from our Member Support Team responds to your question, the response will be in the EzineArticles Inbox on your account. You'll also be alerted by email that you have a message waiting for you. Don't hesitate to bring any of your questions to us. We'll walk you through the situation until it's resolved.

Video #4: How to Update Your Email Address in Your EzineArticles Account - Log into your account like normal.
- Click on the Account Manager tab and then go down to Change Account Information.
- Enter your correct email address in the Email Address field.
- Once you're finished, select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- A blue bar will appear saying that your email address has been updated.
